Yes, it’s here again! May the 4th Be With You is here! I’m having a transition from MCU to Star Wars, but after May the 4th today, I’ll probably transition back to the MCU. I’ve been wanting to write a spoiler review for Avengers: Endgame, but I haven’t found time! I’ve seen it twice so far; once on opening night (4/25/2019), and once last Tuesday (4/30/2019). I’ll give a mini SPOILER-FREE review.
The film was AMAZING!
It really was an incredible ending and beginning! The culmination of twenty-one intertwined films all came crashing down in one three-hour-and-two-minutes movie. It had lots of twists and turns throughout, and I don’t think it’s a spoiler to say that the original six Avengers — Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, and Hawkeye — received the most amount of screen time, even though the rest of the team had a pretty fair share as well. They had a storyline for every single character, whether it was finishing up their story, or starting a new beginning for them. I definitely liked it more than Infinity War, and I think it’s both my favorite film of all time and the best experience I’ve had in a theater. The crowd cheered, laughed, and clapped a lot, so that was pretty fun. This isn’t a big spoiler, but if you want to walk into the film without any information, look away. Here it is: there’s no post-credits scene, but there is a mysterious sound. There it is! And finally, here’s the cast.
Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man
Chris Evans as Steve Rogers/Captain America
Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk
Chris Hemsworth as Thor
Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow
Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton/Hawkeye

Now, moving on to Star Wars!
First off, I wanted to give a tribute to Peter Mayhew, the actor of Chewbacca who sadly passed away on 4/30/2019, five days ago. He was 7’2″, and was seventy-four years old. Mayhew portrayed Chewie in A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, Revenge of the Sith, and The Force Awakens. Joonas Suotamo was a Chewie double for The Force Awakens, and has taken up the role ever since Mayhew retired from playing the character. Peter Mayhew, along with other Star Wars actors who have passed away, will always be remembered by Star Wars fans for generations.
As I said earlier, May the 4th Be With You is today! Even though it’s an unofficial holiday, it’s official to me! How dare they! It should be on every calendar! But wait, what’s this? California has officially recognized May the 4th as Star Wars Day! Yes!
However, if you believe the Jedi Order should fall, and you want the First Order to rule over the Resistance, you may want to consider celebrating May the Sith Be With You on May 6th instead of May the 4th.
What I want to do with this post is rank all of the Star Wars films (excluding the horrible animated 2008 Star Wars: The Clone Wars film)! So, let’s just jump right in and rank all ten Star Wars movies from the worst to the best. By the way, if you haven’t seen any of the films or you’re just starting up with the franchise, I would suggest not looking at this list, as there will be spoilers included. Let’s start!
